Blue Gems ABA in Boone, NC is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized ABA programs, collect accurate progress data, and collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs and families to support meaningful skill development and consistent outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification or eligible to obtain certification.
• HS diploma required; a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
