Job summary

EASTCONN is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician for the ACCESS program in Hampton, Connecticut. The RBT will deliver direct behavioral and instructional support, collect data, and implement ABA- aligned intervention plans under BCBA supervision.

The role emphasizes data-driven practices, collaboration with schools, and commitment to inclusive, high-quality supports for students across the region.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience supporting students with autism or behavioral challenges.
• Active RBT certification from BACB is required.
• Background checks and CT screenings may be required.
• Must complete crisis management certification within six months.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavioral, instructional, and data-collection support to students under supervision.
• Implement skill acquisition programs and behavior-intervention plans.
• Support classwide and individualized ABA strategies across settings.
