Job summary

Helping Hands Family - Autism Services seeks passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide ABA therapy for children with autism. As an RBT, you will offer 1-on-1 care, implement therapist-designed sessions, and teach vital skills to support children's development.

This role prefers a high school diploma with options for higher education, alongside strong communication skills and physical capability. We provide paid RBT training, salary ranging from $18.90 to $20.65 per hour, and a supportive work culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Comfortable working with children.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as walking and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 direct care to children with autism.
• Teach daily living and social skills.
• Implement therapy sessions designed by a BCBA.

Education
