Job summary

A Gem of Joy ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Heart of Joy & Journey Partner program in Maryland. The RBT will work 25 hours per week, Monday through Friday, providing high-quality ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, conducting 1:1 sessions, documenting progress, and collaborating with families. Prioritize strong communication and teamwork while supporting learners with autism and related

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Preferred: bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, ABA, or related field.
• Active RBT certification required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions.
• Implement treatment plans written by the BCBA.
• Maintain positive relationships with learners, families, and team.
• Escalate concerns to the supervising BCBA as needed.
• Complete session notes and timesheets accurately.
