Admire ABA in Maryland seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism. The role emphasizes 1:1 sessions, collaboration with BCBA plans, and data-tracking to measure progress.

We offer flexible scheduling with a 9 AM start and part-time AM/PM shifts. This position supports professional growth in a collaborative, supportive environment and requires reliable transportation for local travel.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework preferred).
• Previous experience in ABA or working with children.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Accurately collect and record data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members to support client goals.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging therapy environment.
