Job summary

Aba-Journey is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings in Atlanta, GA. You will implement BCBA-designed plans and document client progress while collaborating with families for client success.

Strong candidates have or will obtain RBT certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to pass a background check. Local travel and reliable transportation are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
