Job summary

ABA Journey in Atlanta, GA is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. We provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic, with treatment plans designed by a BCBA to support client progress.

The role requires RBT certification (or willingness to obtain), a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to pass a background check. Reliable transportation and local travel are expected.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Pass background check and able to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
