Job summary

ABA Journey is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Atlanta, GA. You will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic, under the supervision of a BCBA.

This role focuses on implementing treatment plans, recording progress, and supporting families to promote client success. Ideal candidates hold or are willing to obtain RBT certification, have a high school diploma (some college preferred), and can pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous ABA therapy experience with children is a plus.
• Ability to pass background check and travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
