Job summary

Pho Prime, LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at our Atascocita location to provide 1:1 therapy for children with autism and developmental disabilities. The role offers a starting pay of $17.25 per hour, full-time hours with guaranteed at least 35 hours each week, and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Must be able to move or transport up to 50 lbs.
• Experience working with children ages 18 months–12 years preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 therapy in a clinic-based day program for children.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Track and record daily treatment via Central Reach.

Skills

Experience with children ages 18 months–12 years

Willingness to be trained in ABA principles

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
