Job summary

Admire ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism in Bowie, MD. You will deliver 1:1 sessions and support treatment plans.

The role emphasizes data collection, collaboration with families and a BCBA-driven framework, and maintaining a safe, engaging therapy environment. A current RBT certification and a high school diploma are required, with local travel supported.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA or working with children is preferred.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Accurately collect and record data on client progress.
