Job summary

Divine Steps Therapy provides one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in home and community settings under supervision of a BCBA. You will implement intervention plans, track progress, and be supported for growth within a collaborative team.

We offer RBT certification support from BACB, flexible hours, and meaningful daily impact with compensation of $28–$32 per hour depending on experience and availability.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Background screening and clearance.
• Current driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• RBT Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA Therapy for children in home and community settings to assist them with improving behaviors and acquiring new skills.
• Follow specific protocol for each client and implement individualized ABA programs as set by treatment plan and directed by BCBA or qualified health professional.
• Document client sessions by recording data, writing quality session notes, and inputting timesheets.
• Participate in supervision sessions and team meetings.
