Applaud Autism Services – Indianapolis, IN is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are passionate about meaningful work and ready to bring their expertise to a supportive, collaborative environment. The role focuses on 1:1 ABA therapy across home, school, and community settings and requires active BACB RBT certification.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification through the BACB.
• Experience working with children or adolescents with ASD.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans focused on skill development, behavior reduction, and client independence.
• Collect accurate data using clinical software to track progress and outcomes.
