Job summary

New Patterns ABA FL is seeking dedicated RBTs and Behavior Technicians for part-time roles in Florida. You will work under a BCBA to implement individualized ABA plans and support client progress in home and community settings.

Responsibilities include data collection, collaboration in team trainings, and maintaining positive family relationships while adhering to BACB ethics and guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current RBT certification through the BACB (preferred).
• Reliable transportation.
• Experience with autism or developmental disabilities is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication, empathy, and patient approach.
• Ability to work with diverse families and maintain organization.

What to expect:

• We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians to join our team. As an RBT, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 therapy to clients in-home and community based settings
• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Assist in the development of behavior intervention strategies.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Maintain a positive and supportive relationship with clients and their families
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and standards of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required);
• Current RBT certification through the BACB(preferred)

• Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities (preferred).
