New Patterns ABA FL is seeking dedicated RBTs and Behavior Technicians to join our team in Florida. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home and community settings under supervision, collecting progress data and implementing plans designed by a BCBA.

The role requires a high school diploma (RBT preferred), reliable transportation, and excellent communication. Flexible, client-centered approach and strong organizational skills are essential for success in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current RBT certification through the BACB (preferred).
• Reliable transportation.
• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities (preferred).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

What to expect:

• We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians to join our team. As an RBT, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans for clients.

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Assist in the development of behavior intervention strategies.

• Adhere to ethical guidelines and standards of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
