Job summary

Apploi is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians to join our team in Florida Timber Pines. As an RBT, you will work under BCBA supervision to implement individualized ABA treatment plans for clients in-home and community settings.

Responsibilities include 1:1 therapy, data collection, and collaboration with families and the BCBA to support progress. The role requires empathy, reliability, and strong communication; a flexible schedule and competitive pay

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current RBT certification preferred through BACB.
• Reliable transportation to client sites.
• Experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

What to expect:

• We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians to join our team. As an RBT, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 therapy to clients in-home and community based settings

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA.

• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.

• Assist in the development of behavior intervention strategies.

• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

• Maintain a positive and supportive relationship with clients and their families.

• Adhere to ethical guidelines and standards of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

Qualifications:

What you will bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required);

• Current RBT certification through the BACB(preferred)

• Reliable transportation

• Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities.

• Flexibility, empathy, patience, and a solution-oriented, client-centered approach

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
