Job summary

Imagination ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our Phillipsburg, NJ area team. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, collecting data and ensuring meaningful progress for children with autism and related needs.

You will collaborate with BCBAs and other BTs to implement and adapt treatment plans, maintain precise records, and support families across home, school, and community settings. Strong compassion and professionalism are valued.

Behavior Technician

Imagination ABA Therapy, a BCBA-owned and operated Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Provider, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team of professionals in the Phillipsburg, NJ area.

As a Behavior Technician, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, working closely with our BCBAs and other BTs to provide high-quality, individualized services to children and families affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs. Our agency is committed to delivering evidence-based ABA practices that focus on meaningful skill development, functional communication, independence, and real-world outcomes.

Responsibilities:
