Job summary

Imagination ABA Therapy is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Springfield, New Jersey. You will support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder using evidence-based ABA methods, under supervision from BCBA professionals.

The role emphasizes flexible hours, ongoing training, and collaboration within a supportive team focused on ethical, high-quality care and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Provide pediatric ABA therapy sessions and collect data on client progress.
• Collaborate with BCBA(s) and other RBTs to implement treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate session notes and client data records.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and adolescents in homes, schools, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs.
• Collect and record data on client behavior, progress, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, and other team members to ensure effective and sustainable treatment approaches.
• Support clients in developing functional communication and independence.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of sessions, progress, and client data.

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs using evidence-based ABA practices.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and adolescents in their natural environments, including homes, schools, and community settings
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Collect and record data on client behavior, progress, and outcomes
• Collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, and other team members to ensure effective and sustainable treatment approaches
• Support clients in developing meaningful skills, promoting functional communication, and increasing independence
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of sessions, progress, and client data
