Imagination ABA Therapy in Vineland, NJ is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician to join our in-home ABA Therapy team. You will work one-on-one with children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder, delivering evidence-based ABA sessions in clients' homes.

Responsibilities include data collection, implementing treatment plans under BCBA supervision, coordinating with families, and maintaining detailed records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder is preferred.
• Ability to travel to clients' homes to provide in-home sessions.

Behavior Technician - In Home ABA Therapy

Imagination ABA Therapy is a BCBA-owned and operated Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) agency committed to providing high-quality, ethical, and individualized services to children and families. Serving communities throughout New Jersey, we specialize in supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs using evidence-based ABA practices.

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented BT (Behavior Technician) to join our In-Home ABA Therapy team in Vineland, New Jersey. As a BT at Imagination ABA Therapy, you will work one-on-one with children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder, providing in-home ABA therapy sessions and supporting their skill development, functional communication, independence, and real-world outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home ABA therapy sessions with children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
• Collaborate with BCBA's and other professionals to ensure effective treatment planning and implementation
• Maintain accurate and thorough records of client progress and treatment sessions
• Assist with scheduling and preparation for therapy sessions
• Provide support and guidance to parents and caregivers on implementing ABA strategies in various settings
