Job summary

FalconSmartIT is seeking an RBQM Veeva Business Analyst cum Project Manager in CA onsite to lead requirement gathering, BRD creation, user stories and acceptance criteria while coordinating with development, QA/UAT, and project teams to ensure successful delivery.

The candidate should bring 8+ years in clinical domain with hands-on experience in CTMS, eTMF, RBQM and EDC, plus strong communication and problem-solving skills to align scope with stakeholder goals and project milestones.

Qualifications

• 8+ years analyzing requirements and communicating with stakeholders.
• 6+ years clinical domain experience with CTMS, eTMF, RBQM, and EDC.
• 6+ years creating BRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria, coordinating with technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements and BRDs for projects.
• Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with development, QA/UAT and project management teams to ensure delivery.
• Engage with stakeholders to refine requirements and align with project goals.
