Job summary

Douglas Products and Packaging Company LLC seeks a Reliability Engineer to lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs, improve asset reliability, and perform root cause analysis in a regulated industrial setting. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related engineering field.
• 5+ years of experience in reliability, maintenance, or process engineering in an industrial setting.
• Experience in regulated environments (PSM/RMP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish, implement, and continuously improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs to optimize equipment reliability and reduce unplanned downtime.
• Drive equipment reliability through root cause analysis, performance monitoring, and corrective actions.
• Lead Mechanical Integrity and RBI programs to ensure regulatory and company standards compliance.
• Collaborate with maintenance and operations to improve planning, execution, and field readiness.
• Analyze spare parts inventory and MRO strategies to ensure availability while controlling costs.
• Utilize Maximo to track and report maintenance performance metrics for data-driven decisions.
• Maintain engineering standards, documentation, and equipment records for accuracy and consistency.
• Provide reliability support for capital projects from design input to startup.
• Coordinate with EHS and operations to align reliability activities with safety and regulatory requirements.
