Job summary

Lactalis US Yogurt, Inc. in Londonderry, NH is hiring a Raw Processor to receive, test, and standardize raw milk and support dairy processing operations. You will input test results into SAP and help maintain high quality through CIP and sanitation tasks.

Responsibilities include operating milk separators, keeping up with preventive maintenance, managing cream balance, and supporting pasteurization schedules. A strong teamwork mindset and ability to work 12-hour shifts are needed.

Qualifications

• Strong math skills required.
• Proficient in English language.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Receive raw milk and standardize to quality specifications.
• Operate and clean milk separator; troubleshoot as needed.
• Perform raw CIP and periodic cleaning per sanitation needs.
• Assist pasteurized processor as necessary to ensure safety and quality.
• Manage cream balance (load outs and bagging).
• Program HMI to support tasks and write work orders for repairs.
