Job summary

Key duties include sampling, testing, and approving materials; maintaining test equipment and documenting results; and ensuring Good Manufacturing Practices throughout the site.

Qualifications

• Preferred associate’s degree in Life or Food Sciences or two years related experience required.
• Minimum of High School diploma, GED or equivalent with 3–6 months related training/experience.
• Experience with SAP a plus; strong computer skills (Excel/Word/Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Perform timely and accurate evaluations of raw materials, products, and processes.
• Collect, analyze, and evaluate samples from yogurt production and approve for use.
• Monitor sanitation, equipment start-up, and performance; report results.
• Maintain equipment calibration and document results for state reporting.
• Communicate findings to operations daily and maintain clean work area.
