DFA Milk in Maryland facility is seeking a Milk Receiving Tech to pump incoming raw milk or cream from tanker trucks into storage tanks and document volumes with a focus on quality.
Responsibilities include performing CIP on tankers and silos, collecting samples for testing, weighing tankers and recording weight and temperature, and reporting safety or quality issues to management. Must follow GMP and health and safety regulations.
Perform all duties related to the pumping of incoming raw milk or cream from the tanker trucks into the proper storage tanks. Document and record volume into inventory with a heavy emphasis on quality of product being received.
