Job summary

Lactalis US Yogurt, a Lactalis company, is hiring a Raw Processor based in Londonderry, NH. You will receive raw milk, test data, and ensure quality through SAP data entry and CIP activities in a high-standard dairy environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong math skills.
• Basic knowledge of computer operation.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand long periods.

Responsibilities

• Receive raw milk and standardize to Quality specifications.
• Operate, troubleshoot and clean milk separator.
• Perform all raw CIP’s and sanitation tasks per schedule.
• Follow SOP and GMP at all times.
• Write work orders for area repairs and follow up.
