Job summary

Lactalis USA in Londonderry, NH is seeking a Raw Processor to receive, test, and separate raw milk, and to input test results and milk data into SAP. You will perform all raw CIP and periodic cleaning to support department needs, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

We expect you to manage the cream balance, program HMI, assist pasteurized processing when needed, and follow SOP and GMP at all times, with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork across 12-hour shifts.

Lactalis US Yogurt part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a Raw Processor based in Londonderry, NH.

The Raw Processor will be responsible to receive, test, and separate raw milk. Input test results and milk load data into SAP. Perform all raw CIPs and periodic cleaning in support of department needs, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

From your EXPERTISE to ours

Key responsibilities for this position include:

• Receive raw milk and standardize to Quality specifications
• Operate, trouble shoot and clean milk separator
• Perform all raw CIP's and troubleshoot to support production functions
• Perform all raw periodic cleaning per schedule determined by sanitation needs.
• Perform all raw preventive maintenance tasks to ensure high quality.
• Manage the cream balance to include load outs and bagging.
• Program Human-Machine Interface (HMI) to support tasks
• Assist pasteurized processor where necessary to ensure safety and quality products
• Have milk available to support pasteurizing schedule
• Follow all standard operating procedures (SOP) and good manufacturing practices (GMP) at all times.
• Follow all lock-out/tag-out procedures at all times.
• Write work orders for items in area of responsibility, which are in need of repair. Also follow up to see that they are repaired.
• Practice good housekeeping
• Perform other duties as assigned.

We run 12 hour shifts -

5:00a - 5:00p

Front Half Days

• Week 1: Sat - work, Sun - work, Mon - work, Tues - work, Wed - off, Thurs - off, Fri - off
• Week 2: Sat - Off, Sun - work, Mon - work, Tues - work, Wed - off, Thurs - off, Fri - off
