Lactalis USA is hiring a Raw Processor in Londonderry, NH. This role requires handling raw milk, operating separators, and adhering to quality and safety standards on a 12-hour shift schedule.

The position supports production with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. Candidates should be able to lift, stand long hours, and work in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong math skills.
• Basic knowledge of computer operation.
• Proficient in the English language.

Responsibilities

• Receive raw milk and standardize to Quality specifications.
• Operate, troubleshoot and clean milk separator.
• Perform all raw CIP’s and sanitation tasks.
• Manage the cream balance including load outs and bagging.
• Program Human-Machine Interface (HMI) to support tasks.
• Assist pasteurized processor to ensure safety and quality.
• Follow SOPs and GMP; observe lock-out/tag-out procedures.
• Write work orders for repairs and follow up.
• Practice good housekeeping and perform other duties as assigned.

From your EXPERTISE to ours

Key Responsibilities For This Position Include

• Receive raw milk and standardize to Quality specifications
• Operate, trouble shoot and clean milk separator
• Perform all raw CIP’s and troubleshoot to support production functions
• Perform all raw periodic cleaning per schedule determined by sanitation needs.
• Perform all raw preventive maintenance tasks to ensure high quality.
• Manage the cream balance to include load outs and bagging.
• Program Human-Machine Interface (HMI) to support tasks
• Assist pasteurized processor where necessary to ensure safety and quality products
• Have milk available to support pasteurizing schedule
• Follow all standard operating procedures (SOP) and good manufacturing practices (GMP) at all times.
• Follow all lock-out/tag-out procedures at all times.
• Write work orders for items in area of responsibility, which are in need of repair. Also follow up to see that they are repaired.
• Practice good housekeeping
• Perform other duties as assigned.

We run 12 hour shifts -

5:00p - 5:00a

Front Half and Back Half Nights
