Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate's degree strongly desired.
• Two or more years in food manufacturing with supervisory experience.
• HACCP experience preferred.
• Ability to work with raw meat and read, write, speak English and/or Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and ensure staff compliance with quality, safety, GMP, and sanitation standards
• Oversee and assist with all aspects of kitchen production operations
• Maintain efficient processes, equipment, and adherence to standard operating procedures
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, USDA, FDA, and food safety regulations
• Keep work areas clean and sanitary, including floors, utensils, and equipment
• Monitor and report shrink within company guidelines
