Franklin Electric is seeking a Raw Materials Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the receiving, storage, handling and inventory control of raw materials for production.

You will manage daily operations, cycle counts, supplier coordination, and ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance at the Wilburton facility.

The role requires strong analytics, leadership skills, and the ability to drive process improvements, maintain accurate records, and report to management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping of raw materials.
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely material acquisition and supplier relations.
• Enforce warehouse safety protocols and compliance with quality standards.
• Optimize warehouse layout and material flow to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Update records, track material status, and generate management reports.
• Manage cycle count schedule and investigate discrepancies.
