Franklin Electric in Twin Falls, Idaho is seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment. You will coordinate workflows, train teammates, and troubleshoot issues to keep safety, quality, and productivity on track.

Ideal candidates bring forklift experience, familiarity with ERP/WMS systems, and a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics experience.
• Experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ERP or similar inventory management systems preferred.
• Experience training, guiding, or supporting team members preferred.
• Experience with inventory transactions, shipping documentation, and material handling processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily warehouse operations ensuring safe, accurate movement of materials.
• Perform shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, and order fulfillment.
• Coordinate workflows, train teammates, and help with safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and use SAP or other WMS as needed.
• Identify and resolve routine operational issues and support continuous improvement.
