Job summary

Franklin Electric is seeking a Raw Material Warehouse Supervisor in Wilburton, OK. You will oversee receiving, storage, and inventory control of raw materials to support production. Responsibilities include cycle counts, safety compliance, and continuous improvement in material handling.

You will lead a team, coordinate with purchasing, and generate reports while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. Travel to North America facilities may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and mathematical skills to run inventory analysis.
• Effective communication with teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of production processes, planning and procurement.
• Experience with reports and presentations using PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Supervises receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping of raw materials.
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely material acquisitions.
• Enforce warehouse safety and regulatory compliance.
• Optimize layout and material flow to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Maintain cycle count schedules and investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare weekly inventory reports and coordinate damaged goods handling.
