Job summary

Elevate Health Sciences is seeking a Sampling Technician to safeguard the integrity of raw materials and support QA across the supply chain. You will verify incoming materials, sample per procedures, and prepare materials for analysis while maintaining precise records.

This full-time role requires 1–2 years in manufacturing/QC, GMP knowledge, and strong collaboration with internal teams. Start ASAP with standard 40 h/week schedule.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in manufacturing or quality control preferred.
• Understanding of GMP and QC principles required.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities

• Verify incoming materials against POs and specs.
• Perform representative sampling per procedures and protocols.
• Prepare samples for lab analysis.
• Maintain records of received materials, sampling data, and lot numbers.
• Oversee storage and segregation of held/rejected materials in the quality cage.
• Update inventory records for held/rejected materials.
• Process returned materials and disposition per procedures.
• Conduct regular inventory audits for accuracy and compliance.
• Investigate discrepancies in receiving or sampling.
• Communicate status of materials and inventory with internal teams.
• Contribute to QC procedures improvements and safety basics.
