Job summary

Rippling, Inc. is seeking a Quality Control Technician I (Raw Materials) to sample, test, and release raw materials, ensuring alignment with high quality standards. The role collaborates with Production and Manufacturing to verify specifications and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG), food, pharmaceutical or manufacturing (can be substituted with education or certifications).
• Experience inspecting and testing in a cGMP environment is a plus.
• Detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to work overtime, night shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure SOPs are followed to meet and exceed Quality Standards.
• Perform sampling, testing, and release of incoming raw materials.
• Document all results and report non-conformances to specification.
• Generate GMP-compliant records as required by SOPs, methods, or regulations.
• Collaborate with Production and Manufacturing teams.
• Own and lead special projects as assigned.
