Job summary

Elevate Health Sciences is seeking a Sampling Technician to verify incoming materials, perform representative sampling, and prepare samples for lab analysis. You will maintain meticulous records and oversee held/rejected material storage within the quality cage, while ensuring accurate inventory data and adherence to QC procedures.

The role requires 1–2 years in manufacturing or quality control, familiarity with GMP, and strong organizational and communication skills for cross-department

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in manufacturing or quality control.
• Experience with raw material receiving and sampling.
• Familiarity with GMP and QC principles.

Responsibilities

• Verify incoming materials against purchase orders and specs.
• Conduct representative sampling following procedures.
• Prepare samples for internal/external lab analysis.
• Maintain records of received materials, including lot numbers.
• Oversee storage/segregation of held and rejected materials.
• Maintain inventory records for held/rejected materials.
• Process returns and disposition per procedures.
• Perform regular inventory audits for accuracy/compliance.
• Investigate discrepancies in receiving or sampling.
• Communicate with internal departments about materials.
• Assist in implementing/improving QC procedures.
• Adhere to safety and quality control protocols.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
