Job summary

Cosette Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Material Sampling Technician to support sampling of raw materials, testing, and documentation in a pharmaceutical environment.

The role involves reviewing vendor documentation for quality compliance, coordinating outside testing, and performing inventory tasks for samples and storage. The ideal candidate has experience with GMPs, SOPs, and SDSs, and strong attention to detail with good communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in sampling and incoming labeling/testing in a pharmaceutical environment preferred.
• Forklift operation experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and sampling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP and Veeva Vault.

Responsibilities

• Sampling of raw materials and completion of associated documentation and inventory transactions per SOPs, GMPs, and SDSs.
• Sampling and testing of componentry with documentation per SOPs and GMPs.
• Review and assess a material's vendor/manufacture documentation for quality compliance.
• Coordinate outside testing for raw materials.
• Identify questionable materials and assist in investigations of non-compliant materials, including root-cause analysis and CAPA where applicable.
• Perform inventory tasks for sample deduction and internal storage/warehouse movements for raw materials.
• Communicate with internal departments to schedule sampling priorities and non-routine sampling requests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
