Job summary

M-D Building Products Inc is seeking a Raw Materials Receiving Warehouse Supervisor to lead the receiving dock, move orders, and the inventory auditing team. You will coordinate work, train staff, and ensure timely execution of orders while maintaining safety and process standards.

The role requires strong communication, experience with Oracle and warehouse systems, and the ability to mentor a team in a fast-paced environment in Oklahoma City.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of warehouse receiving, inventory, or material handling experience, including time leading or supervising a team.
• Experience with Oracle and a warehouse management system.
• Experience reviewing and resolving inventory, receiving, or order pulling discrepancies.
• Forklift and order picker certifications preferred.
• Ability to pass a basic algebra and PC aptitude test.

Responsibilities

• Make decisions based on vendor requirements.
• Provide assistance and clear communication inside and outside M-D Building Products.
• Maintain knowledge of receiving policies, procedures, and warehouse management systems; resolve issues.
• Lead project teams to maintain inventory, receiving, and bin accuracy.
• Own vendor shipments and arrange delivery schedules with carriers.
• Interact professionally with employees at all times.
• Ensure all safety requirements are followed.
• Counsel team members on performance and disciplinary issues.
• Prepare and maintain varied documentation.
• Follow progress and report abnormal situations.
