Job summary

The bmsc-careers team seeks a Quality Control Technician I (Raw Materials) in Coppell, TX. You will sample, test, and release incoming raw materials to ensure quality and regulatory compliance, working closely with Production and Manufacturing.

The role requires attention to detail, following SOPs, and flexibility for overtime and weekend shifts. You will document results, report non-conformances, and generate GMP-compliant records in a fast-paced, cGMP environment.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with strong attention to detail.
• Good verbal and written communication; basic computer literacy (MS Office).
• Good math proficiency; color vision.
• Organized and analytical, self-directed and motivated.
• Flexible schedule including overtime, night shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to meet/exceed quality standards.
• Maintain safety to prioritize team well-being.
• Use proper Personal Protective Equipment.
• Collaborate with upper management and Operations.
• Sample, test, and release incoming raw materials in a regulated environment.
• Document results and report non-conformances to specification or standard.
• Generate GMP-compliant records as required by SOPs, methods, or regulations.
• Own and lead special projects as assigned.
• Perform other duties as required by Quality management.
