Job summary

Goodkind Co in the Austin area is seeking a Raw Material Lab Technician to test and disposition incoming raw materials (chemical) to ensure quality, safety, and production standards. You will perform organoleptic and quantitative testing and support investigations related to raw materials.

Reporting to the Quality Control Supervisor, responsibilities include data management in lab notebooks and SAP, maintaining laboratory equipment, and ensuring compliance with cGMP, GDocP, GLP, CFR Part 11, and

Qualifications

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Technology, or a similar field.
Experience in a chemical manufacturing or QC lab preferred.
GLP, GMP and GDocP compliant expectations.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25–50 lbs.
On-site daily presence required with reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

Safety & Compliance: adhere to PPE, safety protocols, safe handling and disposal of hazardous materials.
Sampling and Sample Testing: perform organoleptic and wet chemistry testing on incoming materials.
Equipment Maintenance: calibrate and troubleshoot lab instruments to ensure accurate measurements.
Data Management: document results in lab notebooks and SAP-based systems; generate QC reports.
Maintain cGMP, GDocP, GLP, CFR Part 11, ISO 22716 compliance.
