Job summary

Westlake Pipe & Fittings in Houston, TX, is seeking a Material Handler – Raw Materials to support receiving, inventorying and tracking all incoming materials. The role requires forklift operation, accurate data entry in ERP/SAP, and strong attention to detail in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will coordinate with Quality, Materials and Operations to ensure timely deliveries and proper handling.

Qualifications

• Forklift operation and safety awareness required.
• Ability to read and comprehend work instructions in English.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inventory and monitor incoming raw materials.
• Perform 5S housekeeping and maintain clean work area.
• Operate forklift safely and perform daily maintenance checks.
• Data entry in ERP/SAP to track inventory and movements.
• Coordinate with Quality, Procurement and Operations for non-conforming materials and corrective actions.
