Job summary

Bel Group in Nampa, ID is hiring a Raw Materials Material Handler for C shift (Thu-Sun, 7:00am–7:00pm, with Wed off). The role ensures timely movement of materials and accurate inventory tracking in our manufacturing environment. You will operate a forklift, log movements in the system, and uphold GMP and safety standards.

Requires a high school diploma or GED. Experience with forklifts and in the food industry is preferred; familiarity with ERP systems and data entry is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Technical/Trade School preferred.
• Prior forklift/material handling experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in the food industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to move raw materials, packaging, finished product and other materials.
• Use a computer and company systems to track material movements (incoming and outgoing).
• Observe GMP, Food Safety and Employee Safety requirements.
• Load/unload 53-foot trailers indoors and outdoors.
• Shipping and receiving of products and materials.
• Log incoming material and outgoing pallets into the computer system.
• Recognize shortages and order materials for next shift.
• Staging and preparation of raw materials for use in operations.
• Follow detailed processes to ensure proper completion.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 12 hours.
• Utilize company systems and digital tools (POKA, Fabriq, DigiDocs) for production/documentation.
• Adhere to company policies, GMP, safety and environmental protocols.
