Job summary

HW Staffing Solutions is seeking a Material Handler / Production Line Support Associate to keep production lines stocked with the materials, components, and supplies needed to operate efficiently. This is an active, fast-paced role requiring frequent walking and material movement throughout the shift.

You will deliver raw materials to production workstations, replenish inventory via Kanban signals, monitor levels to prevent shortages, and stage materials for upcoming runs.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing, warehouse, material handling or production experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Familiarity with Kanban, Lean Manufacturing or 5S.
• Basic computer or inventory system skills.
• Able to follow SOPs and written work instructions.
• Dependable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to stand and walk for the entire shift; able to lift up to 25 lbs.
