Job summary

Sysco Corp.'s Specialty Meat Group is seeking a dedicated FSQA auditor to implement and support raw material audit and inspection processes to ensure materials meet agreed specifications at the Las Vegas facility.

You will visually and physically assess quality attributes, submit supplier claims via email and electronic monitoring systems, and work with FSQA, Merchandising and Accounting to ensure timely resolution. The role also involves training staff on FSQA programs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma with some post-secondary education preferred.
• Experience in meat/seafood QA environment desirable.
• Ability to write reports and communicate findings.

Responsibilities

• Assess quality attributes of raw materials against specifications.
• Submit claims to suppliers for non-conforming products.
• Coordinate with FSQA, Merchandising and Accounting to settle claims.
• Assist in training staff on FSQA programs.
