Job summary

Adecco US, Inc. is recruiting for a Data Entry Clerk for an onsite role in Fremont, MI. The position is a 5-month contract with a fixed pay rate and a Monday–Friday daytime shift.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, strong attention to detail, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to follow established processes accurately. Onsite work with a focus on ratings and reviews processing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to follow documented processes with a high degree of accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process consumer ratings and reviews per established rules.
• Review and route ratings and reviews for assignment, routing, and completion.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of all Ratings & Reviews cases.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and data privacy standards.
• Escalate complex issues to leadership as appropriate.
• Complete weekly Ratings & Reviews data downloads and imports.
• Validate imported records for accuracy, completeness, and duplicates.
• Maintain ratings & reviews tracking files and documentation.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies per procedures.
• Support reporting and record maintenance related to ratings & reviews.
• Serve as the first point of contact for questions.
• Route questions and escalations to the Supervisor.
• Provide process guidance per procedures and work instructions.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members for consistent execution.
