Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth economic and financial analysis, and build advocacy-ready reports.
• Develop enhanced operations and financial models; support change management and planning.
• Build coalitions to advance project implementation and partnerships with government and communities.
• Provide technical and economic analysis to support LADWP oversight and affordability initiatives.
