The role reports to the Rate Manager and involves setting objectives, scheduling, and coaching teams to meet deadlines while promoting safe work practices.

Qualifications

• Associate/Bachelor preferred in transportation/business/logistics.
• Strong MS Office knowledge, especially Excel and Word.
• Good communication and written skills.
• Good math skills.
• Organized with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of critical thinking and decision making is a plus.
• Ability to multi-task across several projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and enhance daily productivity within the department for overcharge claims and Short Pays.
• Set and achieve objectives for the organization and team members.
• Develop schedules that optimize engagement and meet deadlines.
• Communicate organizational requirements to employees and identify development areas.
