The Supervisor will build and lead a new team working on the development of new and streamlined income-verification systems to support income verification for income-graduated fixed charges and concurrent enrollment in low-income assistance rates, tariffs, and programs. The Supervisor will also have responsibility for supervising analysts supporting formal CPUC proceedings setting low-income rate assistance for electric and gas utility customers, among other programs and pilots meant to assist low-income customers, and supporting the state's Low Income Advisory Board.
