RedSail is seeking a RAS Program Specialist to educate end-user pharmacies enrolled in RAS programs and coordinate resources across platforms and business units. The role emphasizes problem resolution, process improvement, and high-quality customer support to meet program objectives.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and experience in a support services role, with preferred pharmacy background and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients for RAS programs.
• Develops subject-matter expertise in RAS program benefits and communicates them to customers.
• Collaborates with other departments to ensure alignment on program benefits and troubleshooting.
• Identifies and escalates issues affecting RAS program support.
• Assists in developing and implementing solutions to resolve problems and prevent recurrence.
• Identifies areas for improvement in current support processes and procedures.
• Maintains records of support activities and service requests.
• Monitors program adoption and addresses customer concerns to retain pharmacies.
• Develops proficiency in ERP systems used across the customer base.
