Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• Experience in a support services role.
• Pharmacy background strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for RAS programs for internal and external clients.
• Develops subject-matter expertise and communicates program benefits to customers.
• Coordinates with other departments to align on benefits and troubleshooting.
• Identifies issues and escalates as needed, contributing to problem resolution.
• Maintains records of support activities and service requests.
• Monitors program adoption and engages pharmacies to reinforce value.
