Job summary

RedSail Technologies seeks a Program Specialist to educate and coordinate support for end-user pharmacies enrolled in RAS programs, including RxCash+, RxAvantage CoPay Solutions, Edit+, and PowerLine data programs. The role acts as a primary liaison across departments to ensure high-quality program delivery.

Hybrid work locations are available in multiple offices, with a base salary range of $50,000–$80,000 and a target annual bonus of 4% of base salary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
• Proven experience in a support services role
• Pharmacy background preferred; familiarity with pharmacy workflow and terminology
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency with standard office applications, including the Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients for RAS programs
• Develops subject-matter expertise in RAS program benefits and communicates them effectively
• Collaborates with other departments to ensure alignment on program benefits and issue resolution
• Identifies and escalates issues affecting support functions of RAS programs
• Assists in developing and implementing solutions to resolve problems and prevent recurrence
• Maintains records of support activities and service requests
• Monitors program adoption and addresses customer concerns to reinforce value
• Develops proficiency in ERP systems used across the RedSail customer base
