Kedrion Biopharma Inc. in the United States is seeking a passionate Rare Disease Specialist to join our US Commercial team and promote Coagadex and RYPLAZIM across a multi-state territory.

You will build trust with treatment centers, clinicians, and patient organizations while educating stakeholders on disease states and product benefits. Candidates must reside in the territory; preference for Southern California (LA) or Arizona.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience, with Rare Disease or Specialty Pharmaceuticals preferred.
• Must reside in the territory; preference for Southern California or Arizona and proximity to a major airport.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of sales performance for Kedrion's Rare Disease portfolio across a multi-state territory.
• Build relationships with healthcare providers, treatment centers, pharmacies, and patient organizations.
• Educate clinicians and partners on disease states and product benefits to drive appropriate use.
• Demonstrate clinical knowledge of bleeding disorders and plasma therapies to differentiate Kedrion offerings.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans with clear goals and tactics.
• Plan and manage daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for territory coverage.
• Conduct pre- and post-sales analyses to inform future customer interactions.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and leverage it to enhance performance.
• Deliver presentations using approved materials and a consistent selling model.
• Navigate complex decision processes with physicians, nurses, payers, and distributors to drive adoption.
• Provide regular feedback on customer insights and market trends to the US Commercial team.
• Demonstrate listening, problem-solving, and a solution-oriented mindset to overcome barriers.
