Ultragenyx Pharmaceutical is seeking an experienced UltraCare Liaison based in the field to promote Dojolvi, Fayuvi, and Genglycos across Illinois, Kansas, and Missouri. You will lead territory planning, educate healthcare professionals, and drive strong sales results while maintaining compliance with training and administration requirements.

The role requires 8+ years in healthcare/biotech, 3+ years field-based, and a willingness to travel 50–60% with a strategic business mindset and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8 years with 5+ years in healthcare/biotech, including 3 years field-based in account management, sales, and/or field reimbursement.
• Rare disease experience preferred.
• Documented track record of field sales success.

Responsibilities

• Serve as territory business owner with focus on impact and territory analysis.
• Develop and nurture relationships with HCPs, Dieticians, Genetic Counselors, Pharmacists, and support staff.
• Drive alignment and decisions among multiple stakeholders to meet goals.
• Develop a strategic territory business plan focusing on academic centers and community targets.
• Plan travel and call schedules to ensure effective coverage of key accounts.
• Deliver programs and in-services to educate and engage the territory.
